Not feeling confident in their skills and generally feeling like they’d be a “fake” stops 60% of women from starting their own business. At least that’s what a recent NatWest survey found when asking people why they’ve considered starting a business but haven’t done so yet. As studies and reviews such as the Alison Rose Review of Female Entrepreneurship in the U.K. have repeatedly shown, we need more women in business, and not just for the economic gains.
